Blondies in an easy way			        
			      
			      
			      	For 36 blondies:
We take as a measure a cup of 180 ml capacity, like a large cup of coffee.
- 1 and a half cups Paramonga blonde sugar
 
- 1 and a half cup flour
 
- Half a cup butter (2 tablespoons, about 50 gr)
 
- 2 eggs
 
- 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
 
- 1 teaspoon chemical yeast dessert for baking
 
- Half a teaspoon of fine salt
 
- 1 cup black or white chocolate chips, to your liking.
 
Preparation:
- Leave the butter at room temperature or put it one minute in the microwave in thawing to make it soft.
 
- Put in a bowl the blonde sugar Paramonga, butter, beaten eggs and vanilla. We mix everything very well until it integrates.
 
- Sift the flour over the bowl with the yeast and salt and continue mixing. We also put the chocolate nuggets.
 
- Put the mixture on a flat baking sheet that has a bottom. The tray should be well greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. We flatten the surface to make it regular. The dough should be just over 2 cm high, the mold if square, can be about 20 cm on the side.
 
- Bake at 190o about 18-20 minutes or until the surface is very lightly browned and the dough is cooked (we try to prick a toothpick until it comes out clean). Let cool and cut into portions of 3 cm side approx.
