Mugcake
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons oil (45 ml)
- 4 tablespoons milk (60 ml)
- 3 tablespoons Paramonga sugar (45 gr)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (36 gr)
- 4 tablespoons flour (36 gr)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2 gr)
Preparation:
- In a large cup, add the egg and oil and put them down.
- Then add the milk, Paramonga sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Gradually add the flour, while still mixing.
- Finally, add the baking powder and remix everything well, until it is integrated.
- Microwave the cup for 3 minutes at maximum power. The keke is going to inflate and it’s going to startle out of the cup, but it won’t overflow.
- Remove the cup from the microwave. Add chocolate sauce or impalpable sugar to keke. Ready!
