Mugcake

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons oil (45 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons milk (60 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons Paramonga sugar (45 gr)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (36 gr)
  • 4 tablespoons flour (36 gr)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2 gr)

Preparation:

  1. In a large cup, add the egg and oil and put them down.
  2. Then add the milk, Paramonga sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Gradually add the flour, while still mixing.
  4. Finally, add the baking powder and remix everything well, until it is integrated.
  5. Microwave the cup for 3 minutes at maximum power. The keke is going to inflate and it’s going to startle out of the cup, but it won’t overflow.
  6. Remove the cup from the microwave. Add chocolate sauce or impalpable sugar to keke. Ready!
