Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 330g flour
- 3g salt
- 340g white paramonga sugar
- 10ml vanilla essence
- 7.5g baking powder
- 180g margarine
- 4 large eggs
- 310ml fresh milk
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 170oC.
- In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk the margarine with the sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one by one; Mix. Add bold vanilla essence.
- Add flour and milk interleavedly. Start with the flour and finish with it.
- Fill the cupcake molds to about 3-4 capacity. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Once ready, let them cool for five minutes and then pass them to the cooling rack.
