Cupcakes

Ingredients 

  • 330g flour
  • 3g salt
  • 340g white paramonga sugar
  • 10ml vanilla essence
  • 7.5g baking powder
  • 180g margarine
  • 4 large eggs
  • 310ml fresh milk

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 170oC.
  2. In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the margarine with the sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one by one; Mix. Add bold vanilla essence.
  4. Add flour and milk interleavedly. Start with the flour and finish with it.
  5. Fill the cupcake molds to about 3-4 capacity. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Once ready, let them cool for five minutes and then pass them to the cooling rack.
