Pancakes			        
			      
			      
			      	Ingredients:
- 100 grams of your favorite Paramonga sugar (1/2 cup)
 
- 1/2 litre milk
 
- 1 egg
 
- 1 cup flour (140 grams)
 
- 3 tablespoons oil
 
Preparation:
-  Whisk the egg well and add your Sugar Paramonga and half the milk.
 
-  Add the flour cup and continue whisking. If the pancake dough isn’t liquid enough, you can add the rest of the milk.
 
-  Heat a nonstick frying pan with a little well-distributed oil and add a teaspoon of the dough.
 
-  When bubbles begin to emerge on the surface, flip the pancake and let it cook on the other side
