Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of your favorite Paramonga sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour (140 grams)
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Preparation:

  1. Whisk the egg well and add your Sugar Paramonga and half the milk.
  2. Add the flour cup and continue whisking. If the pancake dough isn’t liquid enough, you can add the rest of the milk.
  3. Heat a nonstick frying pan with a little well-distributed oil and add a teaspoon of the dough.
  4. When bubbles begin to emerge on the surface, flip the pancake and let it cook on the other side
